Process for the pick-up of report cards, pictures, and student belongings

Dear Families,

As we approach the end of this school year I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your endless support and understanding during this unconventional year. Your partnership with our staff has lead to making the best of a difficult situation and the resiliency of our children is a testament to you all. I would also like to thank our incredible staff for going above and beyond each and every day. I am blessed to call myself Principal of this community.

This email outlines the process that we will follow to arrange for the pick-up of report cards, pictures, and student belongings as well as the return of textbooks, learning materials and technology. With this guidance and proper precautions, parents and children can safely come to the school to get their report card, return their materials and say good-bye to their teachers.  Everyone is asked to wear a mask, remain socially distant, and follow hand hygiene safety protocols. All staff will be at the school to assist with this process on Friday, June 25th.  You are permitted to come to the school using the schedule below. If your time slot does not work for you, please contact the office (519) 759-0380 or e-mail dpetruka@bhncdsb.ca. Please note our last day of synchronous live lessons will occur on Thursday, June 24, 2021. Asynchronous activities will be posted on Friday June 25 and Monday June 28 so that staff can assist with our year end process. Tuesday June 29th is a Board wide PA day.

Please ensure that while you are on school property you are maintaining social distance and following hand hygiene protocols.
